The Challenge

The client was dealing with a legacy system that required manual data entry across 4 different platforms. This led to high error rates, slow processing times, and a terrible employee experience. Their goal was to unify these systems without disrupting current operations.

The Solution

We architected a custom headless application using Next.js on the frontend and an automated Make workflow on the backend. By designing a unified interface in Figma first, we ensured that the new system felt intuitive. We then integrated a custom LLM to automatically parse incoming data and route it to the appropriate database.
